Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.

The Company makes no representation that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or meet Your requirements.

Governing Law

The laws of South Africa, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

The failure to exercise a right shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right at any time thereafter.

Translation Interpretation

The original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
